Custom Underwear for the Russian and Central Asian Market — Seersucker with Beading and Embroidery
We supply underwear to russian and central asian buyers built for continental winters below minus 20 °C. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Seersucker at 120-150 gsm, shade-matched to hold through marketplace FBO restocking before peak. Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per colour and ship to Tashkent dry port.
The failures here are predictable: packaging that arrives crushed and unsellable, and suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Uzbekistan so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while marketplace FBO restocking before peak passes.

Import, duty and delivery
Russian-language labelling and care symbols is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Tashkent dry port with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Shipments into the Eurasian Economic Union carry EAC marking and Russian-language labelling, and light-industry goods require the Honest Sign digital code before they can be sold — we register codes and apply them in packing so marketplace inbound is not rejected.
FAQ
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 5 days each.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
