Custom T-Shirt for the Middle Eastern Market — Organic Cotton with Piping and Binding
We supply t-shirt to middle eastern buyers built for Nile Valley heat. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Organic Cotton at 160-200 gsm, shade-matched to hold through Eid al-Adha and Hajj season. Programmes start at 150 pieces per style per colour and ship to Jebel Ali.
The failures here are predictable: minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb, and color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for the UAE so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while Eid al-Adha and Hajj season passes.

Import, duty and delivery
SASO conformity with a SABER certificate of conformity is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Jebel Ali with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Coverage, opacity and drape are fixed before cloth is chosen, so the garment breathes in extreme heat while staying opaque in strong light. Arabic labelling and the SABER certificate are prepared before the container sails.
FAQ
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 12 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 5 days each.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for SABER shipment certificate of conformity, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
