Custom Sports Wear for the Russian and Central Asian Market — Lace with Ruching
We supply sports wear to russian and central asian buyers built for Siberian extreme cold. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Lace at 120-150 gsm, shade-matched to hold through the autumn-winter outerwear peak. Programmes start at 300 pieces per style per colour and ship to Moscow logistics hub.
The failures here are predictable: unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing, and no reliable way to track a order once it enters production. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Russia so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while the autumn-winter outerwear peak passes.

Import, duty and delivery
GOST technical documentation in Russian is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Moscow logistics hub with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Shipments into the Eurasian Economic Union carry EAC marking and Russian-language labelling, and light-industry goods require the Honest Sign digital code before they can be sold — we register codes and apply them in packing so marketplace inbound is not rejected.
FAQ
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 300 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
