Custom T-Shirt for the Middle Eastern Market — Lace with Piping and Binding
We supply t-shirt to middle eastern buyers built for Nile Valley heat. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Lace at 160-200 gsm, shade-matched to hold through the winter mild-weather retail window. Programmes start at 150 pieces per style per colour and ship to Jeddah or Dammam.
The failures here are predictable: packaging that arrives crushed and unsellable, and inconsistent sizing between production runs. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Saudi Arabia so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while the winter mild-weather retail window passes.

Import, duty and delivery
Egyptian GOEIC registration for textile imports is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Jeddah or Dammam with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Coverage, opacity and drape are fixed before cloth is chosen, so the garment breathes in extreme heat while staying opaque in strong light. Arabic labelling and the SABER certificate are prepared before the container sails.
FAQ
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 150 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
