Custom Traditional Chinese T-Shirt — Bamboo Viscose with Woven Jacquard Weaving
We make traditional Chinese t-shirt built as slim cheongsam cut with side slits, cut in Bamboo Viscose and decorated with auspicious cloud scrolls (yunwen) motifs using Woven Jacquard Weaving. Heritage construction is the part buyers care about: collar height, closing direction, pleat count and bound edge width are set in the tech pack and confirmed on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per colour and ship to Hong Kong or Kaohsiung.
The failures here are predictable: inconsistent sizing between production runs, and long lead times that miss the selling season. We lock the specification before bulk — fabric, trim, embroidery density, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare the GB documentation so goods clear instead of sitting at port while the Hanfu outing day and cultural festival calendar passes.

Import, labelling and delivery
GB 18401 or the destination's labelling rules as required is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Hong Kong or Kaohsiung with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and apply Chinese-language care and fibre labelling where the destination requires it. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the Hanfu outing day and cultural festival calendar.
FAQ
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for GB 18401 class A/B/C safety classification, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 500 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 10 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.
