Custom Traditional Chinese T-Shirt — French Linen with Xiang-Style Embroidery
We make traditional Chinese t-shirt built as crossed-collar youren closing to the right, cut in French Linen and decorated with twining lotus scrolls motifs using Xiang-Style Embroidery. Heritage construction is the part buyers care about: collar height, closing direction, pleat count and bound edge width are set in the tech pack and confirmed on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per colour and ship to Hong Kong or Kaohsiung.
The failures here are predictable: unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing, and long lead times that miss the selling season. We lock the specification before bulk — fabric, trim, embroidery density, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare the GB documentation so goods clear instead of sitting at port while the Chinese wedding season around May Day and National Day passes.

Import, labelling and delivery

We ship to Hong Kong or Kaohsiung with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and apply Chinese-language care and fibre labelling where the destination requires it. FAQ
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 12 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 500 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for GB/T 29862 fibre content labelling, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
