Custom Traditional Chinese Suit — Silk Organza with DTG Digital Printing
We make traditional Chinese suit built as horse-face skirt with flat front panels and side pleats, cut in Silk Organza and decorated with sea-water and mountain cliff borders (haishui jiangya) motifs using DTG Digital Printing. Heritage construction is the part buyers care about: collar height, closing direction, pleat count and bound edge width are set in the tech pack and confirmed on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per colour and ship to Singapore or Port Klang.
The failures here are predictable: no reliable way to track a order once it enters production, and long lead times that miss the selling season. We lock the specification before bulk — fabric, trim, embroidery density, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare the GB documentation so goods clear instead of sitting at port while the Spring Festival selling peak passes.

Import, labelling and delivery
GB 18401 documentation with local labelling for the region is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Singapore or Port Klang with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and apply Chinese-language care and fibre labelling where the destination requires it. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the Spring Festival selling peak.
FAQ
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for GB 31701 for infants' textile products, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
