Custom Traditional Chinese Suit — Rayon with Pantone Color Matching
We make traditional Chinese suit built as crossed-collar youren closing to the right, cut in Rayon and decorated with interlocking回 pattern borders motifs using Pantone Color Matching. Heritage construction is the part buyers care about: collar height, closing direction, pleat count and bound edge width are set in the tech pack and confirmed on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per colour and ship to Hong Kong or Kaohsiung.
The failures here are predictable: suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid, and color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric. We lock the specification before bulk — fabric, trim, embroidery density, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare the GB documentation so goods clear instead of sitting at port while the Chinese wedding season around May Day and National Day passes.

We ship to Hong Kong or Kaohsiung with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and apply Chinese-language care and fibre labelling where the destination requires it. FAQ
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for GB/T 5296.4 instructions for use, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
