Custom Interlining — Velvet with Piece Dyeing
We supply interlining to garment factories and brands, built in Velvet with piece dyeing for outerwear and jacket programmes. On a trim like this the specification that decides the outcome is hand feel after fusing, which the customer feels first, so that is agreed in writing before bulk — not discovered when the first carton is opened on the line. Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per finish.
The failures here are predictable: inconsistent sizing between production runs, or colour drift between the approved sample and the bulk trim. We lock material, finish, dimension and tolerance before bulk, and prepare GSO conformity with Arabic labelling so the shipment clears instead of sitting at port while your selling season passes.

- Bulk run with piece dyeing applied under controlled settings

Where it is used
- Denim and workwear — hard-wearing finishes that survive industrial washing
- Outerwear and tailoring — matched to the shell fabric so it drapes with the garment
- Childrenswear and schoolwear — tested to the destination's safety standard
- Bridal and eveningwear — small runs with hand-finished detail
- Uniform and corporate programmes — repeatable spec held on file for reorders

Packing, testing and delivery
Trims are packed to the ratio you specify — by size, by colour or by garment set — with barcodes applied where the line needs them. Test reports for REACH nickel-release test for metal findings are prepared for the destination market. We ship to Jebel Ali with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and hold the approved reference so reorders reproduce the same material, the same finish and the same hand feel after fusing.
