Custom Button — Pewter with Overlocked Edge
We supply button to garment factories and brands, built in Pewter with overlocked edge for denim and workwear programmes. On a trim like this the specification that decides the outcome is wash and dry-clean stability of the finish, so that is agreed in writing before bulk — not discovered when the first carton is opened on the line. Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per finish.
The failures here are predictable: unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing, or inconsistent sizing between production runs. We lock material, finish, dimension and tolerance before bulk, and prepare GSO conformity with Arabic labelling so the shipment clears instead of sitting at port while your selling season passes.

- Bulk run with overlocked edge applied under controlled settings
- In-line inspection, final AQL 2.5 inspection and packing to your ratio
Where it is used
- Denim and workwear — hard-wearing finishes that survive industrial washing
- Outerwear and tailoring — matched to the shell fabric so it drapes with the garment
- Childrenswear and schoolwear — tested to the destination's safety standard
- Bridal and eveningwear — small runs with hand-finished detail
- Uniform and corporate programmes — repeatable spec held on file for reorders

Packing, testing and delivery
Trims are packed to the ratio you specify — by size, by colour or by garment set — with barcodes applied where the line needs them. Test reports for OEKO-TEX Standard 100 for dyes and trims are prepared for the destination market. We ship to Jebel Ali with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and hold the approved reference so reorders reproduce the same material, the same finish and the same wash and dry-clean stability of the finish.
FAQ
Can you do small runs across many designs?
Yes — many studio and boutique programmes run small quantities across a wide design set.
Do you ship to our forwarder?
Yes. We deliver to your nominated forwarder or quote landed cost under the agreed Incoterm.
Can you match a reference sample?
Yes. Send the trim and we match material, finish and shade, then confirm on a pre-production sample before bulk.
What is the minimum order?
Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per finish. Mixed sizes are fine within one style.
