Custom Cowboy Hat — Polyester with Intarsia Knit
We supply cowboy hat to brands, retailers, uniform and promotional programmes, made in Polyester with intarsia knit for childrenswear and schoolwear. On headwear the specification that decides whether it sells or comes back is brim roll, which has to hold and still be shapeable — so that is agreed in writing before bulk, not discovered when the first carton is unpacked. Programmes start at 300 pieces per style.
The failures here are predictable: colour drift between the approved sample and the bulk trim, or minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb. We lock material, construction, measurement and tolerance on a pre-production sample, and prepare CPSIA and California Prop 65 compliance so the container clears instead of missing the season it was bought for.
