Tactical Vest Customization Program for Aviation and Airlines with Embossing
Tactical Vest Solution for Aviation and Airlines
This programme covers the full path from a tactical vest concept to a repeatable bulk supply for aviation and airlines. Instead of buying whatever a catalogue happens to stock, you specify the cloth, the fit block, the decoration method and the packing, and we hold that specification so every reorder matches the last one.
The most common failure we see in aviation and airlines sourcing is not price — it is drift. Fabric changes supplier, the shade moves, sizing shifts half a grade and the programme quietly stops looking like the brand. We prevent that with a written spec, an approved counter sample and a golden sample retained at the factory.

Recommended fabrics
- Genuine Leather — best balance of comfort, cost and wash stability
- Pima Cotton — best balance of comfort, cost and wash stability
- Down-Proof Nylon — used when durability and abrasion resistance come first
- Nylon — preferred for breathability in warm conditions
Decoration and finishing
The default method for this programme is Embossing, but we routinely combine processes on one garment. Placement, colour count and position drives cost more than the garment itself, so we quote decoration separately and show you the trade-off before sampling.
- Hangtag and Packaging
- Beading and Embroidery
- Pleating
- Custom Zip Puller
- Enzyme Wash
- Quilting

FAQ
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for BSCI, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 200 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 10 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.
Quote and next steps
Send us your tech pack or even a rough sketch — we will come back with fabric options, a costed sample plan and a realistic production calendar.
