Set Dress Customization Program for Wedding and Bridal with Custom Drawcord

Source:Solution / Time:2026-09-18

Set Dress Solution for Wedding and Bridal

This programme covers the full path from a set dress concept to a repeatable bulk supply for wedding and bridal. Instead of buying whatever a catalogue happens to stock, you specify the cloth, the fit block, the decoration method and the packing, and we hold that specification so every reorder matches the last one.

The most common failure we see in wedding and bridal sourcing is not price — it is drift. Fabric changes supplier, the shade moves, sizing shifts half a grade and the programme quietly stops looking like the brand. We prevent that with a written spec, an approved counter sample and a golden sample retained at the factory.

Set Dress for Wedding and Bridal

Recommended fabrics

  • Softshell — preferred for breathability in warm conditions
  • French Linen — chosen when the garment needs to hold shape after repeated laundering
  • Suede — preferred for breathability in warm conditions
  • Ripstop Nylon — used when durability and abrasion resistance come first

Decoration and finishing

The default method for this programme is Custom Drawcord, but we routinely combine processes on one garment. Placement, colour count and position drives cost more than the garment itself, so we quote decoration separately and show you the trade-off before sampling.

  • Applique Embroidery
  • Tie-Dye Wash
  • Flat Embroidery
  • Beading and Embroidery
  • DTF Film Printing
  • DTG Digital Printing

FAQ

How is shipping handled?

We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.

Do you provide compliance documents?

We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for GOTS, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.

How long does sampling take?

A first prototype is typically ready in 10 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 5 days each.

Can you match a specific colour?

Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.

Quote and next steps

Send us your tech pack or even a rough sketch — we will come back with fabric options, a costed sample plan and a realistic production calendar.
