A-Line Dress Customization Program for Wedding and Bridal with Ultrasonic Welding

Source:Solution / Time:2026-09-18

A-Line Dress Solution for Wedding and Bridal

This programme covers the full path from a a-line dress concept to a repeatable bulk supply for wedding and bridal. Instead of buying whatever a catalogue happens to stock, you specify the cloth, the fit block, the decoration method and the packing, and we hold that specification so every reorder matches the last one.

The most common failure we see in wedding and bridal sourcing is not price — it is drift. Fabric changes supplier, the shade moves, sizing shifts half a grade and the programme quietly stops looking like the brand. We prevent that with a written spec, an approved counter sample and a golden sample retained at the factory.

A-Line Dress for Wedding and Bridal

Recommended fabrics

  • Antibacterial Knit — best balance of comfort, cost and wash stability
  • Modal — selected for colour depth and print sharpness
  • Waffle Knit — preferred for breathability in warm conditions
  • Bamboo Viscose — used when durability and abrasion resistance come first

Decoration and finishing

The default method for this programme is Ultrasonic Welding, but we routinely combine processes on one garment. Placement, colour count and position drives cost more than the garment itself, so we quote decoration separately and show you the trade-off before sampling.

  • 3D Puff Embroidery
  • Satin Printed Label
  • Smocking
  • Tie-Dye Wash
  • Tonal Embroidery
  • DTF Film Printing

FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard programmes start at 300 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.

How is shipping handled?

We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.

Do you provide compliance documents?

We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for WRAP, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.

How long does sampling take?

A first prototype is typically ready in 10 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.

Quote and next steps
