Slip Dress Customization Program for Trade Shows and Exhibitions with Garment Dyeing
Slip Dress Customization Program for Trade Shows and Exhibitions
This programme covers the full path from a slip dress concept to repeatable bulk supply for trade shows and exhibitions. The build starts from everyday-casual references — slip dress in corduroy — then locks fabric weight, wash behaviour and fit tolerance so every reorder matches the approved sample.
Most slip dress buyers arrive with one of these problems: the fit drifted between sizes, or wholesale costs squeezed the retail margin. The fix is a written spec before bulk: shrinkage allowance, stitch density, colour tolerance and a golden sample kept at the factory.

How we produce it
- Tech pack review, fabric confirmation and lab dip approval
- Pattern, grading and a Corduroy-spec prototype
- Fit sample and wearer test, then pre-production sign-off
- Bulk cutting with garment dyeing applied under controlled settings
- In-line inspection, final AQL 2.5 check and packing
Quality control
Every bulk lot is compared against the approved sample for shade, hand feel, measurements and wash behaviour. Slip Dress reorders stay comparable over time because the spec, the lab dip and the golden sample are all on file.
FAQ
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 12 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 100 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for GOTS, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
