Baggy Jean Customization Program for Police and Fire Departments with Distressed Finish

Baggy Jean Customization Program for Police and Fire Departments

This programme covers the full path from a baggy jean concept to repeatable bulk supply for police and fire departments. The build starts from everyday-casual references — baggy jean in fleece-back cotton — then locks fabric weight, wash behaviour and fit tolerance so every reorder matches the approved sample.

Most baggy jean buyers arrive with one of these problems: the fabric felt thinner than the approved sample, or colour faded after a few washes. The fix is a written spec before bulk: shrinkage allowance, stitch density, colour tolerance and a golden sample kept at the factory.

Baggy Jean Distressed Finish detail

How we produce it

  1. Tech pack review, fabric confirmation and lab dip approval
  2. Pattern, grading and a Fleece-Back Cotton-spec prototype
  3. Fit sample and wearer test, then pre-production sign-off
  4. Bulk cutting with distressed finish applied under controlled settings
  5. In-line inspection, final AQL 2.5 check and packing

Quality control

Every bulk lot is compared against the approved sample for shade, hand feel, measurements and wash behaviour. Baggy Jean reorders stay comparable over time because the spec, the lab dip and the golden sample are all on file.

FAQ

What file formats do you need for artwork?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.

How is shipping handled?

We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.

Do you provide compliance documents?

We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for BSCI, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.

How long does sampling take?

A first prototype is typically ready in 12 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.
