Where Production Goes Wrong
Jacquard shrinks differently from a plain weave. Wash a bulk panel and correct the marker before cutting, or the finished size will drift.
Yarn lot changes are visible in jacquard. Keep one lot per colourway and retain a reference panel for the next repeat order.
Acrylic pills and stretches under heat - specify the anti-pilling grade and keep pressing temperature low.
