Where Production Goes Wrong
Colour fastness decides returns. Ask for a wash and rub fastness report on the bulk print, and check the light fastness for pale colourways.
Screen and digital print behave differently on the same substrate - lock the method with the mill, then approve a bulk strike-off, not a lab dip only.
Poplin splits at the seam when the stitch is too tight - set the needle and stitch length on the actual cloth.
