How do you control colour consistency?

Lab dips are approved before bulk dyeing and the approved reference is kept on file. Bulk shade is checked within the agreed tolerance band against that reference on every repeat order.

How long does sampling take?

A first prototype in Wool Blend is typically ready 12 working days after the tech pack is confirmed. Revisions add roughly 4 days each, and we send fit photos at every stage.

What files do you need for prints and embroidery?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) gives the cleanest result. For raster artwork please supply 300 dpi at final print size. Embroidery is digitised in-house and we return a sew-out photo for approval.

Can you develop my own pattern?
