How long does sampling take?

A first prototype in Poplin is typically ready 10 working days after the tech pack is confirmed. Revisions add roughly 4 days each, and we send fit photos at every stage.

What files do you need for prints and embroidery?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) gives the cleanest result. For raster artwork please supply 300 dpi at final print size. Embroidery is digitised in-house and we return a sew-out photo for approval.

How does shipping work?

We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Bulk normally ships by consolidated sea freight, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
