How does shipping work?

We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Bulk normally ships by consolidated sea freight, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.

What files do you need for prints and embroidery?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) gives the cleanest result. For raster artwork please supply 300 dpi at final print size. Embroidery is digitised in-house and we return a sew-out photo for approval.

How do you control colour consistency?

Lab dips are approved before bulk dyeing and the approved reference is kept on file. Bulk shade is checked within the agreed tolerance band against that reference on every repeat order.

What is the minimum order quantity?

This dress programme starts at 80 pieces per style and colourway. Sizes can be split across a size set, and for a first order we can often mix colourways so you can test demand before committing to one shade.
