A first prototype in Rayon is typically ready 12 working days after the tech pack is confirmed. Revisions add roughly 3 days each, and we send fit photos at every stage.

Can you develop my own pattern?

Yes. Send a tech pack, a reference garment or even clear photos, and we will draft the block, grade it across your size set and produce a fit sample before bulk.

How do you control colour consistency?

Lab dips are approved before bulk dyeing and the approved reference is kept on file. Bulk shade is checked within the agreed tolerance band against that reference on every repeat order.
