What files do you need for prints and embroidery?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) gives the cleanest result. For raster artwork please supply 300 dpi at final print size. Embroidery is digitised in-house and we return a sew-out photo for approval.

What is the minimum order quantity?

This dress programme starts at 200 pieces per style and colourway. Sizes can be split across a size set, and for a first order we can often mix colourways so you can test demand before committing to one shade.

How long does sampling take?

A first prototype in Rib Knit is typically ready 12 working days after the tech pack is confirmed. Revisions add roughly 5 days each, and we send fit photos at every stage.
