Custom T-Shirt for the Asia-Pacific Islands Market — Cupro with Woven Label
We supply t-shirt to island-market buyers built for monsoon rainy season with sudden squalls. Cloth weight, openness of weave and colour fastness are specified for heat, humidity and salt air first: Cupro at 180-210 gsm, shade-matched to hold up under strong UV, chlorinated water and frequent laundering. Programmes start at 150 pieces per style per colour and ship to Colombo or Male.
The failure modes in this region are consistent: no reliable way to track a order once it enters production, and minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the documents SLSI requires, so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage at the port.

Import, duty and delivery
SLSI certification for Sri Lanka is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship LCL or FCL to Colombo or Male, provide the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and GST are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file, which matters for resort programmes that reorder every season.
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 150 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 5 days each.
