Custom T-Shirt for the Asia-Pacific Islands Market — Pique Knit with Hangtag and Packaging
We supply t-shirt to island-market buyers built for monsoon rainy season with sudden squalls. Cloth weight, openness of weave and colour fastness are specified for heat, humidity and salt air first: Pique Knit at 220-250 gsm, shade-matched to hold up under strong UV, chlorinated water and frequent laundering. Programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour and ship to Tanjung Priok or Port Klang.
The failure modes in this region are consistent: long lead times that miss the selling season, and no reliable way to track a order once it enters production. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the documents SNI requires, so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage at the port.

Import, duty and delivery
SNI compliance for Indonesia is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship LCL or FCL to Tanjung Priok or Port Klang, provide the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and GST are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file, which matters for resort programmes that reorder every season.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for SNI compliance for Indonesia, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
