Custom Tank Top for the Asia-Pacific Islands Market — Quick-Dry Polyester with Woven Label
We supply tank top to island-market buyers built for warm humid days and air-conditioned interiors. Cloth weight, openness of weave and colour fastness are specified for heat, humidity and salt air first: Quick-Dry Polyester at 180-210 gsm, shade-matched to hold up under strong UV, chlorinated water and frequent laundering. Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per colour and ship to Yokohama or Kaohsiung.
The failure modes in this region are consistent: long lead times that miss the selling season, and color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the documents JIS requires, so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage at the port.

Import, duty and delivery
JIS and Japanese household goods labelling is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship LCL or FCL to Yokohama or Kaohsiung, provide the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and GST are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file, which matters for resort programmes that reorder every season.
FAQ
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 500 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 14 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 5 days each.
