Custom Women's Outer Wear for the European Market — French Linen with Bonding Construction
We supply women's outer wear to European buyers built for continental winters well below freezing. Cloth weight, fibre composition and finish are specified for the season and the standard before price: French Linen at 340-420 gsm, with restricted-substance screening and documentation prepared for the destination market. Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per colour and ship to Gothenburg or Aarhus.
European programmes fail on paperwork more often than on product: no reliable way to track a order once it enters production, and suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid. We fix the specification first — fabric weight, shrinkage, stitch density and measurement tolerance — then prepare Nordic Swan Ecolabel alongside REACH substance control so the goods clear customs and pass buyer audit without a second round of testing.

How we produce it
- Tech pack review and fabric confirmation for continental winters well below freezing
- Restricted-substance screening against REACH, then lab dips for approval
- French Linen-spec prototype graded to EU kids 92-176
- Fit sample and wearer test, then a pre-production sample
- Bulk cutting with bonding construction applied under controlled settings
- In-line inspection, final AQL 2.5 inspection and packing to EU carton specification
Sustainability and documentation
European buyers are asked for evidence, not assurances. We can supply GRS recycled content claim documentation, recycled-content claims with transaction certificates where the fibre qualifies, and test reports from accredited labs. Fibre composition, care symbols and country of origin are printed in the languages your market requires, and the technical file is held for reorders.

Delivery, duty and VAT
Shipments move to Gothenburg or Aarhus under EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. For EU and UK destinations we quote landed cost including duty and import VAT, and provide the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin needed for clearance. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file, which keeps women's outer wear batches consistent across seasons.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 500 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for GRS recycled content claim, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 12 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.
