Custom Women's Outer Wear for the European Market — Denim with Chain Stitch Embroidery
We supply women's outer wear to European buyers built for temperate maritime winters with frequent rain. Cloth weight, fibre composition and finish are specified for the season and the standard before price: Denim at 280-320 gsm, with restricted-substance screening and documentation prepared for the destination market. Programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour and ship to Genoa or Valencia.
European programmes fail on paperwork more often than on product: unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing, and long lead times that miss the selling season. We fix the specification first — fabric weight, shrinkage, stitch density and measurement tolerance — then prepare EU GPSR with labelling in the destination language so the goods clear customs and pass buyer audit without a second round of testing.

Sustainability and documentation
European buyers are asked for evidence, not assurances. We can supply OEKO-TEX Standard 100 documentation, recycled-content claims with transaction certificates where the fibre qualifies, and test reports from accredited labs. Fibre composition, care symbols and country of origin are printed in the languages your market requires, and the technical file is held for reorders.

Delivery, duty and VAT
Shipments move to Genoa or Valencia under EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. For EU and UK destinations we quote landed cost including duty and import VAT, and provide the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin needed for clearance. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file, which keeps women's outer wear batches consistent across seasons.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 14 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 200 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
