Custom Men's Outer Wear for the European Market — Interlock Knit with Contrast Stitching
We supply men's outer wear to European buyers built for long Nordic winters and short summers. Cloth weight, fibre composition and finish are specified for the season and the standard before price: Interlock Knit at 280-320 gsm, with restricted-substance screening and documentation prepared for the destination market. Programmes start at 300 pieces per style per colour and ship to Gothenburg or Aarhus.
European programmes fail on paperwork more often than on product: no reliable way to track a order once it enters production, and color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric. We fix the specification first — fabric weight, shrinkage, stitch density and measurement tolerance — then prepare Nordic Swan Ecolabel alongside REACH substance control so the goods clear customs and pass buyer audit without a second round of testing.

How we produce it

- Restricted-substance screening against REACH, then lab dips for approval
- Interlock Knit-spec prototype graded to UK 8-20
- Fit sample and wearer test, then a pre-production sample
- Bulk cutting with contrast stitching applied under controlled settings
- In-line inspection, final AQL 2.5 inspection and packing to EU carton specification
Sustainability and documentation
European buyers are asked for evidence, not assurances. We can supply EN 343 weather protection documentation, recycled-content claims with transaction certificates where the fibre qualifies, and test reports from accredited labs. Fibre composition, care symbols and country of origin are printed in the languages your market requires, and the technical file is held for reorders.

Delivery, duty and VAT
Shipments move to Gothenburg or Aarhus under EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. For EU and UK destinations we quote landed cost including duty and import VAT, and provide the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin needed for clearance. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file, which keeps men's outer wear batches consistent across seasons.
FAQ
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 12 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 300 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
