Custom Sports Wear for the European Market — French Linen with Custom Button
We supply sports wear to European buyers built for mild Mediterranean winters and hot dry summers. Cloth weight, fibre composition and finish are specified for the season and the standard before price: French Linen at 180-210 gsm, with restricted-substance screening and documentation prepared for the destination market. Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per colour and ship to Gothenburg or Aarhus.
European programmes fail on paperwork more often than on product: no reliable way to track a order once it enters production, and inconsistent sizing between production runs. We fix the specification first — fabric weight, shrinkage, stitch density and measurement tolerance — then prepare Nordic Swan Ecolabel alongside REACH substance control so the goods clear customs and pass buyer audit without a second round of testing.

- In-line inspection, final AQL 2.5 inspection and packing to EU carton specification
Sustainability and documentation
European buyers are asked for evidence, not assurances. We can supply EU GPSR technical documentation documentation, recycled-content claims with transaction certificates where the fibre qualifies, and test reports from accredited labs. Fibre composition, care symbols and country of origin are printed in the languages your market requires, and the technical file is held for reorders.

Delivery, duty and VAT
Shipments move to Gothenburg or Aarhus under EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. For EU and UK destinations we quote landed cost including duty and import VAT, and provide the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin needed for clearance. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file, which keeps sports wear batches consistent across seasons.
FAQ
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for EU GPSR technical documentation, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 12 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
