Custom T-Shirt for the India and Pakistan Market — Gabardine with Yarn Dyeing
We supply t-shirt to South Asian buyers built for monsoon humidity with heavy rain. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for heat, humidity and repeated hand washing first: Gabardine at 210-260 gsm, shade-matched to hold under strong sun and monsoon humidity. Programmes start at 300 pieces per style per colour and ship to Karachi or Port Qasim.
The failures here are predictable: long lead times that miss the selling season, and packaging that arrives crushed and unsellable. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare PSQCA so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage during the wedding season from November to February.

Import, duty and delivery
PSQCA standards with pre-shipment inspection is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Karachi or Port Qasim with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and GST or sales tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the wedding season from November to February.
FAQ
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 12 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 300 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
