Custom Ethnic & Folk Apparel for the India and Pakistan Market — Jersey Knit with Tonal Embroidery
We supply ethnic & folk apparel to South Asian buyers built for hot pre-monsoon summers well above 40 °C. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for heat, humidity and repeated hand washing first: Jersey Knit at 120-150 gsm, shade-matched to hold under strong sun and monsoon humidity. Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per colour and ship to Mumbai or Karachi.
The failures here are predictable: no reliable way to track a order once it enters production, and packaging that arrives crushed and unsellable. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare BIS so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage during the wedding and Navratri gifting window.

Import, duty and delivery
BIS or PSQCA documentation per final destination is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Mumbai or Karachi with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and GST or sales tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the wedding and Navratri gifting window.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for PSQCA Pakistani standard specifications, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
