Custom Suit for the India and Pakistan Market — Combed Cotton with Flocking
We supply suit to South Asian buyers built for humid coastal tropical conditions. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for heat, humidity and repeated hand washing first: Combed Cotton at 210-260 gsm, shade-matched to hold under strong sun and monsoon humidity. Programmes start at 100 pieces per style per colour and ship to Nhava Sheva or Chennai.
The failures here are predictable: no reliable way to track a order once it enters production, and suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare BIS so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage during the wedding season from November to February.

Import, duty and delivery
BIS compliance with IEC-registered import documentation is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Nhava Sheva or Chennai with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and GST or sales tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the wedding season from November to February.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 10 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 5 days each.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
