Custom Skirt for the India and Pakistan Market — Mesh with Flocking
We supply skirt to South Asian buyers built for monsoon humidity with heavy rain. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for heat, humidity and repeated hand washing first: Mesh at 120-150 gsm, shade-matched to hold under strong sun and monsoon humidity. Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per colour and ship to Delhi ICD or Lahore dry port.
The failures here are predictable: minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb, and suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare BIS so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage during Diwali festive demand.

Import, duty and delivery
BIS or PSQCA documentation and GST-compliant invoicing is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Delhi ICD or Lahore dry port with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and GST or sales tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against Diwali festive demand.
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 500 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
