Custom Traditional Chinese Skirt — Slub Cotton with Seed Stitch Embroidery
We make traditional Chinese skirt built as horse-face skirt with flat front panels and side pleats, cut in Slub Cotton and decorated with koi and lotus pond scenes motifs using Seed Stitch Embroidery. Heritage construction is the part buyers care about: collar height, closing direction, pleat count and bound edge width are set in the tech pack and confirmed on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour and ship to Singapore or Port Klang.
The failures here are predictable: color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric, and suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid. We lock the specification before bulk — fabric, trim, embroidery density, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare the GB documentation so goods clear instead of sitting at port while the Hanfu outing day and cultural festival calendar passes.

Import, labelling and delivery
GB 18401 documentation with local labelling for the region is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Singapore or Port Klang with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and apply Chinese-language care and fibre labelling where the destination requires it. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the Hanfu outing day and cultural festival calendar.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 5 days each.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for GB/T 29862 fibre content labelling, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
