Custom Skirt for the India and Pakistan Market — Seersucker with Custom Button
We supply skirt to South Asian buyers built for mild North Indian and Pakistani winters. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for heat, humidity and repeated hand washing first: Seersucker at 120-150 gsm, shade-matched to hold under strong sun and monsoon humidity. Programmes start at 100 pieces per style per colour and ship to Karachi or Port Qasim.
The failures here are predictable: no reliable way to track a order once it enters production, and inconsistent sizing between production runs. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare PSQCA so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage during Eid and Ramadan collections.

Import, duty and delivery
PSQCA standards with pre-shipment inspection is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Karachi or Port Qasim with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and GST or sales tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against Eid and Ramadan collections.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 100 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for colour fastness to washing and rubbing (IS/ISO), and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
