Custom T-Shirt for the India and Pakistan Market — Ring-Spun Cotton with Woven Label
We supply t-shirt to South Asian buyers built for mild North Indian and Pakistani winters. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for heat, humidity and repeated hand washing first: Ring-Spun Cotton at 90-120 gsm, shade-matched to hold under strong sun and monsoon humidity. Programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour and ship to Nhava Sheva or Chennai.
The failures here are predictable: color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric, and packaging that arrives crushed and unsellable. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare BIS so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage during school session uniform replenishment.

Import, duty and delivery
BIS compliance with IEC-registered import documentation is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Nhava Sheva or Chennai with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and GST or sales tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against school session uniform replenishment.
FAQ
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
