Custom Suit for the Islamic Market — Silk Charmeuse with Contrast Stitching
We supply suit to Islamic-market buyers built for Indonesian tropical rainforest humidity. Modest dressing is a specification problem before it is a style problem: coverage, opacity and drape are fixed first, then Silk Charmeuse at 120-150 gsm is selected so the garment breathes in heat while staying opaque in strong light. Programmes start at 300 pieces per style per colour and ship to Karachi or Jebel Ali.
The failures here are predictable: unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing, and long lead times that miss the selling season. We lock the specification before bulk — opacity, weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare PSQCA so shipments clear instead of sitting at port while the Umrah travel season running year round passes.

Import, duty and delivery
PSQCA or SASO documentation per final destination is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Karachi or Jebel Ali with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and VAT are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the Umrah travel season running year round.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 14 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 5 days each.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for GRS recycled content claim, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
