Custom Skirt for the Islamic Market — Jersey Knit with Contrast Stitching
We supply skirt to Islamic-market buyers built for air-conditioned interiors against outdoor extremes. Modest dressing is a specification problem before it is a style problem: coverage, opacity and drape are fixed first, then Jersey Knit at 210-260 gsm is selected so the garment breathes in heat while staying opaque in strong light. Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per colour and ship to Jebel Ali.
The failures here are predictable: unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing, and long lead times that miss the selling season. We lock the specification before bulk — opacity, weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare ECAS/EQM so shipments clear instead of sitting at port while Eid al-Fitr gifting demand passes.

Import, duty and delivery
ECAS/EQM conformity assessment for the UAE market is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Jebel Ali with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and VAT are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against Eid al-Fitr gifting demand.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 500 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 10 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 5 days each.
