Custom Sleepwear for the Islamic Market — Combed Cotton with Rhinestone Application
We supply sleepwear to Islamic-market buyers built for Red Sea coastal humidity. Modest dressing is a specification problem before it is a style problem: coverage, opacity and drape are fixed first, then Combed Cotton at 210-260 gsm is selected so the garment breathes in heat while staying opaque in strong light. Programmes start at 150 pieces per style per colour and ship to Jebel Ali.
The failures here are predictable: color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric, and suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid. We lock the specification before bulk — opacity, weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare ECAS/EQM so shipments clear instead of sitting at port while back-to-school modest uniform replenishment passes.

Import, duty and delivery
ECAS/EQM conformity assessment for the UAE market is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Jebel Ali with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and VAT are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against back-to-school modest uniform replenishment.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 150 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
