Custom Ethnic Ribbon — Brocade with Screen Printing
We make ethnic ribbon built around balinese floral batik, produced in Brocade with Screen Printing. Ethnic accessory programmes fail on the details: bead count per motif, stitch density, trim weight and colour matching all have to hold across a repeat order, so we set them in the tech pack and confirm them on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 300 pieces per style per colour and ship to Jakarta or Port Klang.
The failures here are predictable: no reliable way to track a order once it enters production, and suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid. We lock the specification before bulk — materials, trim attachment strength, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare SNI so shipments clear instead of sitting at port while the spring tourist season passes.

Import, duty and delivery
SNI or SIRIM documentation per destination is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Jakarta or Port Klang with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the spring tourist season.
FAQ
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 10 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for OEKO-TEX Standard 100 for dyes and trims, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
