Custom Ethnic Scarves & Shawls & Bandanas — Denim with Applique Embroidery

We make ethnic scarves & shawls & bandanas built around japanese sashiko stitching, produced in Denim with Applique Embroidery. Ethnic accessory programmes fail on the details: bead count per motif, stitch density, trim weight and colour matching all have to hold across a repeat order, so we set them in the tech pack and confirm them on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 100 pieces per style per colour and ship to Lagos or Durban.

The failures here are predictable: suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid, and long lead times that miss the selling season. We lock the specification before bulk — materials, trim attachment strength, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare SONCAP so shipments clear instead of sitting at port while the spring tourist season passes.

Import, duty and delivery

SONCAP or PVoC pre-export verification is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Lagos or Durban with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the spring tourist season.

FAQ

How is shipping handled?

We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.

Can you match a specific colour?

Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.

What file formats do you need for artwork?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.

How long does sampling take?

A first prototype is typically ready in 10 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 5 days each.
