Custom Ethnic Ties & Accessories — Satin with Contrast Stitching
We make ethnic ties & accessories built around andean striped weaving, produced in Satin with Contrast Stitching. Ethnic accessory programmes fail on the details: bead count per motif, stitch density, trim weight and colour matching all have to hold across a repeat order, so we set them in the tech pack and confirm them on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour and ship to Jebel Ali.
The failures here are predictable: long lead times that miss the selling season, and color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric. We lock the specification before bulk — materials, trim attachment strength, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare GSO so shipments clear instead of sitting at port while the spring tourist season passes.

Import, duty and delivery
GSO conformity with Arabic labelling is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Jebel Ali with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the spring tourist season.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for GRS recycled content claim, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 10 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 5 days each.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
