Custom Ethnic Clothing Accessories — Cotton Twill with Block Printing
We make ethnic clothing accessories built around west african adinkra symbols, produced in Cotton Twill with Block Printing. Ethnic accessory programmes fail on the details: bead count per motif, stitch density, trim weight and colour matching all have to hold across a repeat order, so we set them in the tech pack and confirm them on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 300 pieces per style per colour and ship to Lagos or Durban.
The failures here are predictable: unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing, and long lead times that miss the selling season. We lock the specification before bulk — materials, trim attachment strength, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare SONCAP so shipments clear instead of sitting at port while the spring tourist season passes.

Import, duty and delivery
SONCAP or PVoC pre-export verification is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Lagos or Durban with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the spring tourist season.
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 300 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
