Custom Ethnic Belts & Accessories — Satin with Screen Printing
We make ethnic belts & accessories built around west african adinkra symbols, produced in Satin with Screen Printing. Ethnic accessory programmes fail on the details: bead count per motif, stitch density, trim weight and colour matching all have to hold across a repeat order, so we set them in the tech pack and confirm them on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per colour and ship to Los Angeles or New York.
The failures here are predictable: minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb, and inconsistent sizing between production runs. We lock the specification before bulk — materials, trim attachment strength, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare CPSIA so shipments clear instead of sitting at port while Carnival and cultural parade season passes.

Import, duty and delivery
CPSIA and California Prop 65 compliance is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Los Angeles or New York with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against Carnival and cultural parade season.
FAQ
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 14 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
Start your ethnic accessories programme
Send us your tech pack or even a rough sketch — we will come back with fabric options, a costed sample plan and a realistic production calendar.
