Custom Ethnic Scarves & Shawls & Bandanas — Chiffon with Applique Embroidery
We make ethnic scarves & shawls & bandanas built around balkan folk embroidery, produced in Chiffon with Applique Embroidery. Ethnic accessory programmes fail on the details: bead count per motif, stitch density, trim weight and colour matching all have to hold across a repeat order, so we set them in the tech pack and confirm them on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 300 pieces per style per colour and ship to Rotterdam or Felixstowe.
The failures here are predictable: suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid, and unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing. We lock the specification before bulk — materials, trim attachment strength, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare REACH so shipments clear instead of sitting at port while Carnival and cultural parade season passes.

Import, duty and delivery
REACH nickel-release and GPSR documentation is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Rotterdam or Felixstowe with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against Carnival and cultural parade season.
FAQ
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 10 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 300 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
