Custom Suit for the Latin American Market — Pique Knit with DTF Film Printing
We supply suit to latin american buyers built for tropical Brazilian heat and humidity. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Pique Knit at 210-260 gsm, shade-matched to hold through Carnival season demand. Programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour and ship to San Antonio or Valparaiso.
The failures here are predictable: color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric, and no reliable way to track a order once it enters production. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Chile so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while Carnival season demand passes.

Import, duty and delivery
INMETRO conformity for the Brazilian market is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to San Antonio or Valparaiso with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Import duty and tax in the region are high — landed cost including the NCM tariff line is quoted before you commit, and instalment-friendly production schedules are planned around retail cash flow.
FAQ
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
