Custom T-Shirt for the Middle Eastern Market — Jersey Knit with Flat Embroidery
We supply t-shirt to middle eastern buyers built for Red Sea coastal humidity. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Jersey Knit at 210-260 gsm, shade-matched to hold through Eid al-Adha and Hajj season. Programmes start at 300 pieces per style per colour and ship to Alexandria or Port Said.
The failures here are predictable: color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric, and packaging that arrives crushed and unsellable. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Egypt so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while Eid al-Adha and Hajj season passes.

Import, duty and delivery
SASO conformity with a SABER certificate of conformity is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Alexandria or Port Said with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Coverage, opacity and drape are fixed before cloth is chosen, so the garment breathes in extreme heat while staying opaque in strong light. Arabic labelling and the SABER certificate are prepared before the container sails.
FAQ
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 300 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
