Custom T-Shirt for the Latin American Market — Viscose with Rhinestone Application
We supply t-shirt to latin american buyers built for tropical Brazilian heat and humidity. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Viscose at 160-200 gsm, shade-matched to hold through Christmas and holiday retail. Programmes start at 100 pieces per style per colour and ship to San Antonio or Valparaiso.
The failures here are predictable: color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric, and unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Chile so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while Christmas and holiday retail passes.

Import, duty and delivery
Mercosur NCM classification with Spanish or Portuguese labelling is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to San Antonio or Valparaiso with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Import duty and tax in the region are high — landed cost including the NCM tariff line is quoted before you commit, and instalment-friendly production schedules are planned around retail cash flow.
FAQ
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 5 days each.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 100 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
