Custom Sports Wear for the Middle Eastern Market — Oxford with Yarn Dyeing
We supply sports wear to middle eastern buyers built for air-conditioned interiors against outdoor extremes. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Oxford at 210-260 gsm, shade-matched to hold through the Umrah travel season running year round. Programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour and ship to Jebel Ali.
The failures here are predictable: inconsistent sizing between production runs, and minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for the UAE so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while the Umrah travel season running year round passes.

Import, duty and delivery
SASO conformity with a SABER certificate of conformity is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Jebel Ali with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Coverage, opacity and drape are fixed before cloth is chosen, so the garment breathes in extreme heat while staying opaque in strong light. Arabic labelling and the SABER certificate are prepared before the container sails.
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 200 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
